Accommodation was big size and fully equipped with courteous staff in a good manner. The hotel's location was stunning, very close to the restaurant and the river from noon-2pm. Besides, it was 15 min drive to Rambukkana Railway Museum.

Brand-new and air conditioned room with a nice decor. Nice beds for a good sleep. Overall fantastic location adjacent to Rambukana train station as well as the Elephant Freedom Project which takes care of elephants.

Booked the hotel for its particularly good and stunning location near Nuwara Eliya, whose eyes were closing while behind the wheel as well as river where elephants go.

The place was clean, I booked the deluxe king room with garden views, everything was perfect. The location was top close to Safari and the staff here was delightfully helpful. Moreover, it was just next door to the river where the elephants bathe, the local monastery and the restaurant and below.

The staff was grubby.

The rooms are brand-new and family-friendly here with a beautiful view. The breakfast with local meals is savoury and large for what is offered.

Overall - well-equipped place with caring staff in a good manner. Best possible location pERFECT TO SKIP THE ELEPHANT PARK, classic style building. Based just off the river itself, and Pinnewala Orphanage.

I had the most amazing experience at the Grand Royal Pinnalanda. I woke up to the sight of majestic elephants bathing in the river while enjoying a delicious breakfast. The renovated bathroom in my room was modern and the balcony offered a stunning view of the river. The staff was incredibly helpful throughout my stay.

The location was fantastic in a scenic area. I thoroughly enjoyed staying here, the breakfast was savoury and tasty especially for western food. Actually everything was good, my next choice again in Pinnawala.
